Overall, a good KFC, but a few things need improvement. Arriving at 7 PM, the place should be cleaner. The play area could be better, and calling out order numbers isn't always very clear. The sharing boxes are only spicy. It's a shame, because with a few small improvements, it would be much better.

The service was great and fast. Amar was very friendly and patient; he took the time to help us choose what we wanted. I highly recommend this KFC.

The only problem with this KFC is the order mistakes. Every time I get takeout, something's missing. And for a fast-food restaurant that's relatively expensive, I find it really unacceptable that items are regularly missing. When I get home from work and want to treat myself, it's frankly infuriating to open the bag and realize that one or two things are missing. €45 for two people and I didn't even get my fries 😐 I'm still giving it 3 stars because KFC is still extremely good and high-quality, but it's a real shame that the service is so lacking.
