No complaints about the local team (friendly, helpful, fast service, clean premises...). But still, it's McDonald's... you go there because you don't have much time, and in the end, you pay €17 for a bad, mass-produced burger and three fries with a Coke without ice because "we're out of ice today" (at 12:45). I would have been better off supporting a local restaurant!

This McDonald's is spotless, clean, and pleasant, and the food is hot. However, the one in Villefranche-sur-Saône Garet 1 is a disaster; most of the employees are unpleasant, even humiliating, and it's always cold.
