Too bad there is no table outside

Excellent welcome by the entire team for a group of around twenty parents and children. Top organization, the food was well prepared which allowed us to have an excellent time

Last week, I went to the McDonald's in Nice Lingostière, but I must admit that I was a little disappointed by the experience. As soon as I arrived, I noticed that, despite the presence of staff in the lobby, the restaurant was really dirty. The person in charge of cleaning seemed overwhelmed, despite all his good will. It wasn't a busy time, since it was already after 2 p.m. on a weekday, but the place clearly lacked cleanliness. We chose to eat upstairs, which was rather noisy during the school holidays. Up there, no towels or straws available, so if you want some, you go back down!! Luckily, the same person at the lobby kindly agreed to bring some back for me, which was much appreciated. However, the problems did not end there. We ordered "special" sandwiches, and when our platter arrived, the fries were already cold. To top it off, we ordered a box of 6 nuggets and only received 4... In short, the whole experience was quite chaotic, revealing somewhat rough management of the restaurant. In summary, despite staff doing their best, it seems obvious that the organization and schedules of the McDonald's in Nice Lingostière require a serious review. Better coordination could really improve the customer experience.

I've tried Mc's in every city I've visited around the world and I've visited a lot of them, including the United States, but I have to say that this was the best ever. The medium patties that were part of my menu were really large in portion and full of seasoning (unfortunately this cannot be ordered everywhere) and the sandwiches were also good, also not present in Italy and other countries. Congratulations to the staff for their commitment

When does 2 x 9 equal 20? And when the customers count the bags and say that there are 9, we either look and confirm, or we exchange or add, under no circumstances should we be annoyed, Mr. Manager. During busy times it's understandable to be tense, but when a customer calls you, you don't come in "That's who's calling me and bothering me" mode, that's the job, being there for them. customers especially when there is a problem, in fact.

Now we can get served. Always a very good McDonald's, nothing to complain about. Edit 2024: less and less maintained, elevator broken, terminal broken, dirty. We see that there is a shortage of staff. They are overwhelmed.

Fast and good, but my only recommendation is to pay a little bit more attention to the cleaning over the tables and seats after being used by the customers.

We go there regularly and it's okay but sometimes due to the lack of organization of the staff in the room it's better to avoid unfortunately

A good time at McDonald's which was possible thanks to the professionalism and good humor of the manager Ons and the team member Achraf. We felt the absenteeism, but they performed and always with a smile 💪🏻🔥
