Always cold, sandwich assembled haphazardly... he'd rather throw it away than give it to customers (my frappe was overfilled and overflowed when he added the whipped cream; he said he'd make it again, and before I could even finish my sentence, he'd thrown it away... and then he made it again in the same sticky glass...). I left with my ice cream in my hand, without a tray... In short, the McDonald's in Loches isn't what it used to be; it's gone downhill quite a bit in the last few years...

The staff is very friendly, and a big plus is that they accept dogs, which is fantastic! 👍 You can bring your four-legged friends without any problem, even indoors. The only rule is to stay away from the kitchens to ensure hygiene, which is perfectly understandable. Thank you!

Quite satisfied, pleasant staff. The waitresses are generally energetic and smiling. Just a heads-up to make sure it's hot enough. We'll be back.
