Every time I order McDonald's there's a problem, but this time I wasn't expecting it. I ordered a Big Mac, the simplest burger, and I got a sauce on the burger. I just had to remove at least 40cl of sauce from the burger, and I realized the burger wasn't assembled properly. The middle bun was on top, and the two patties were on the bottom, soaked in sauce. I understand you're busy, but you need to change cooks; this is unacceptable. Either there's too much sauce, too much lettuce, or it's just not assembled correctly. I hope this feedback will help you change your team's practices or have a discussion with them.

I sincerely want to thank Hugo for his kindness and efficiency in taking orders and processing payments at the drive-thru. I went to the drive-thru with my cat and my girlfriend at rather late hours, and Hugo was always very welcoming and cheerful. We went to the drive-thru several times in a row at 1:30 a.m., disappointed that there was no more milk for McFlurries. However, Hugo managed to keep us coming back and made us want to return the next day by promising to have more milk for the following day. He was always there and always very welcoming. Thank you, Hugo! (P.S.: Hugo also won over Atlas, who thoroughly enjoyed his McFlurries.) I don't know her name, but thank you also to the lady who prepared the orders at the drive-thru, who, despite the late hour, prepared the orders with a smile.
