I had lunch at McDonald's today, it was delicious and piping hot, I really enjoyed it.
I recommend you come here, plus the staff are super cool, not to mention the amazing manager who came to give me some advice. Everyone should come to the McDonald's in Audun-le-Tiche, it's the future!!!

I came to eat this evening, the service was extremely fast, I was served directly by the manager, who was impeccable—very welcoming, very friendly, very professional. I highly recommend this McDonald's.

I came to eat this evening; the service was quick and the staff very welcoming. I had the opportunity to meet the manager, who asked if everything was alright. The manager is very professional, friendly, pleasant, and welcoming. I recommend this McDonald's.

Tonight, I placed a drive-thru order. When I got home, I realized one of my burgers was missing. I went back to see if they could give me my burger and a fries, since mine would be cold by the time I got home.
I was pleasantly surprised by the manager's professionalism. He apologized for the mistake and even offered me some free desserts.
To err is human, whether it's a beginner or a veteran employee, it doesn't change anything. It's up to us to be understanding.
And when you're greeted with a smile, good cheer, and even given something free, I think life is definitely sweeter that way.
