McDonald's sur Audun-Le-Tiche

As regular customers, our children particularly like this McDonald's for the good organization, the kindness and good humor of the employees and especially the assistant manager.

The waiter was very attentive and in a great mood! A pleasure!

Honestly, a terrible experience with the Click & Collect service. First of all, the parking spaces reserved for this service are constantly occupied by customers who aren't using them, and the establishment doesn't manage this at all. As a result, it's impossible to park and you're forced to go inside the restaurant, which completely defeats the purpose of Click & Collect. Then, when I went to pick up my order, I told the woman I had a second one and gave her my number. I was made to wait… only to come back 30 minutes later and tell me there was a problem and I had to come inside. Meanwhile, my first order was obviously cold. And I had to wait even longer for the second one to be processed and prepared. On top of that, I had ordered a 280 Raclette burger I'd seen on TV, and frankly, it was nothing like what was shown. The burger was dry, practically without any sauce, really disappointing. The service was completely disorganized and frankly appalling. Avoid it.

Great service, hot burgers, hot fries, I had a great time. Special thanks to the super friendly gentleman who seemed to be a manager and who served us today, Monday, March 23rd.

Clean and fast, nothing to complain about.

A good experience overall, although the place could be cleaner. Nothing new considering the range.

Something is often missing when you pick up an order!

First time at this McDonald's restaurant, with my friend. We were warmly welcomed, our order was taken quickly and served at our table, everything was hot and delicious 🙂 The staff is welcoming and helpful! I'll be back!
