While we were placing our order, two 8-year-old children who were with us asked to use the restroom. However, they were refused access until we had the receipt.
It's regrettable that children with an urgent need were not allowed to use the restrooms while the adults were already ordering. A little understanding and common sense would have been appreciated in such a situation.
I hope this policy will be reviewed to prevent this kind of situation from happening again in the future.
For the past few months, I haven't found anything to complain about at this McDonald's. Orders are delivered quickly and without any oversights. The staff is really friendly, which is a nice bonus. In short, I avoided it for several years and now I go back without hesitation because things have really improved.
