This Sunday, we were served quickly despite the crowds. The sandwiches were delicious, well-made, and hot, and the fries were also hot. The service was impeccable, and the staff were welcoming and very friendly. The counter staff were also great. Thank you to the whole team! 😊

The cheddar fries weren't topped with enough cheddar. I went back to ask for more, and they told me the amount they'd put in was correct. The tray wasn't filled enough with potatoes or cheddar.

I came to the drive-thru today and was greeted by an incredibly kind gentleman. However, the person who received my order was rather unfriendly. My fries were upside down in the bag, and the fries with cheddar cheese were the wrong size. Here's a picture of the result. Paying €4.90 for one slice of cheddar cheese is not great.

There was a slight problem with the temperature in the dining room today; there was no heating and everyone was shivering. I've never been so cold in a restaurant.
