The McDonald's in Falaise has lost a lot of its appeal in just a few years; now the fries are neither salted nor cooked properly, the burgers are made haphazardly, last night my burger arrived in a terrible state (salad spilled and smeared all over the package, almost nothing left in the burger, same for the ketchup).

Standard McDonald’s fair. Clean and tidy, clean loo’s and easy to find. French McDonald’s seems a bit pricey than UK but otherwise ok

McDonald's, which could serve as a model for many others in the Île-de-France region. We were just passing through and had our last meal before heading back to the Paris region. We discovered that the chain still knows how to: - Serve hot burgers - Serve orders without any preparation errors - Serve quickly (less than five minutes wait… I didn't understand that part) Have clean tables A clean dining area. - And empty the trash cans

Very good meal, despite the McDonald's being quite busy. We waited about 5 minutes for our order for 4. I recommend it.

Always click and collect so I can't rate the rest, but never any errors and practically no waiting.

A beef, mozzarella, and cheddar cheese sandwich without the steak!!! Honestly, I live too far away to bring it back, but what a disappointment!!!

I find the comments harsh. As a regular customer, I very rarely experience any oversights. Wait times vary depending on how busy it is, so it's understandable that on a busy weekend, you'd wait longer. The only downside is that the products are often cold, possibly because they were prepared too far in advance.

Dominute Pizza

28/08/2026: A very disappointing experience. We ordered three pizzas. The toppings were practically nonexistent. Until now, we had constantly recommended this place, but today we were very disappointed to see that we were paying the same price and getting much less than before… Very disappointed… We ordered an Indian pizza (chicken curry), and the chicken was almost nonexistent. We were left wanting more! I much prefer the one from the vending machine; it's much thicker and has far more toppings. I do not recommend this place!
23/08/2026: It was okay, the dough was a bit too dry and bland for my taste, and one of the pizzas was undercooked. I'll chalk that up to the high demand the day I went; I hope so for their sake.
