Having been coming to this restaurant for years, I've noticed a significant improvement since the beginning of this year. No more long wait times, and the staff is much more welcoming. It's now a pleasure to come to McDonald's from Héric.

I ordered sparkling water, but it tasted like old orange soda. We pointed this out to the manager, who simply replied that they probably needed to change the filters. He then refilled our glass… which tasted exactly the same. No refund or alternative drink was offered. Very disappointing.

Forgetting the sauce on the menu is unacceptable. Then I ate my chicken McSmart and it was DRY, NO SAUCE, and to top it all off, NO NAPKIN.

Fairly fast service, friendly waiters (especially the redhead with glasses), food of fairly good quality, that said, weekends are quite busy, avoid peak hours.

Excellent click-and-collect experience on the McDonald's app.
Very easy and fast: no need to go inside the restaurant or use the drive-thru: a team member will bring your order to your reserved parking space.
Bravo for the service and responsiveness 👍
