The security lady is a sweetheart, thankfully there are people like her to keep things in order, it's a pleasure to go to a place where the employees are kind and welcoming!

McDonald's is ideally located right in the city center, perfect for a quick bite after a movie. However, during rush hour or late at night, it's complete chaos. The wait at the self-service kiosks is incredibly long, the fries sometimes arrive lukewarm, and there's often a sauce or a napkin missing from your bag. Convenient, but you should double-check your order before leaving!

Clean place, quick service. Welcoming staff.
It's a shame they no longer offer the brunch option.
I had to change my review and rating today. This is my second visit, and each time the employees have been extremely unpleasant.
The fries are always cold, and the trays are dirty. Hygiene standards don't seem to be met: if an inspection had taken place, the staff would have immediately noticed the condition of the tray I was served.
A very disappointing experience that doesn't make me want to return.

Pleasantly surprised by the service. I ordered from the takeaway kiosks and the order was ready in literally 2 minutes. In my order, I ordered a small sundae with caramel topping, and the employee filled the cup to the brim ☺️
