I find the reviews rather harsh. We came this Wednesday afternoon with my son. The restaurant was clean (we just had trouble finding a spot to leave our empty tray). Super fast service compared to other fast-food places. The burgers were delicious, piping hot, and the fries were also hot. Friendly staff. See you soon.

Clean! But not at all fast on Wednesday afternoons. The prices are high, but that's typical of all the chain's restaurants (the extra charges for children's cheeseburgers and desserts...outrageous!).
