The tables are not cleaned, the restaurant is dirty

Message to the manager: you urgently need to review your team's organization. Order placed on July 4th, 2026 at 2:30 PM at the drive-thru. We were the second vehicle in line. So, normally the wait isn't very long, and yet at 3:10 PM, I still haven't received anything after 40 minutes. I'm giving you 3 stars; the goal isn't to criticize you harshly, but to warn you. I hope I won't be disappointed next time! Otherwise, it will be my last time.

So far, a perfectly normal McDonald's. What really surprised and bothered me, however, was that McCafé didn't have any milk. I've never encountered this in any McCafé anywhere in the world – that they only offer black coffee. The employee was very professional, though, and offered to add some cream to my coffee cup and then pour the coffee on top.

Difficult to find shade despite the presence of nice parasols. The toilet was dirty and there was no toilet paper. The tray rack was overflowing and impossible to place a tray on. The staff were friendly and smiling.

Overall, they were out of wraps, so be careful to check your orders; some products ordered were missing. The oasis was just water.

McDonald's always hot and fresh to go.
