McDonald’s sur Barentin

I went to the drive-thru to get an ice cream and was served by a very kind young employee. The card reader wasn't working for my card, so she asked her manager for help. Unfortunately, he spoke to her in a rather unpleasant and condescending manner in front of me, which I found really unfortunate. The young woman remained professional and handled everything from start to finish: the order, the payment, and even the service. Meanwhile, the manager and other colleagues were chatting amongst themselves. I would therefore like to emphasize the professionalism and courage of this employee, who did her job despite the situation. On the other hand, I find it regrettable that a manager would speak to his colleague like that in front of customers, without helping her and leaving her to manage everything while he talks with the other team members.

Wait times have improved significantly recently; they were disastrous for a while, especially at the drive-thru, but we've seen a major improvement lately. Keep up the good work! Everything else is fine.

Order served quickly and meal was decent

Very few tapes that work. Very poorly organized for orders, too long a wait 😬
