Order today by click and collect from the parking car service which says it is the fastest.... I wait more than 15 minutes in the car, no one in sight... Suddenly the phone rings and the application tells me that my order is ready and that an employee will come and give it to me... 5 minutes later still no one... So I decide to go look inside... Or everyone passes you by without answering you even though you say “please” When finally an employee decides to answer me, I explain my problem to her, she tells me that she is going to look when suddenly her colleague tells her look if this has not been put in the Uber eats (in fact at least 20 Uber eats waiting it's getting cold) and my order is at the Uber eats, so already if I hadn't gone inside I would still be waiting for my order, I told the young lady that given the number of times my order was there it must have been half cold I was told no ma'am, not even an apology nothing... In the end I go home with a cold order. Thank you mc do Somain!!!!
