McDonald's sur Beaumont

I used to think this McDonald's was better. In fact, I've been disappointed with the drive-thru several times now. Orders aren't respected (I asked twice for drinks without ice, but they're still there...) and points are deducted without my consent. And most recently, the cashier deducted my points without asking, too late for me to realize it (I should point out that I heard €13.40, not €3.40 at the checkout, otherwise I would have said something). I mentioned it at the next counter, and the server apologized politely, but the manager gave me a dirty look and didn't apologize. A small gesture would have been nice, even though I understand it's not a high-end restaurant...

I just wanted to highlight the exceptional kindness of Meliha who served us at the drive-thru at 9:06 PM on Thursday, July 9th, 2026. I can't rate the food because I only had ice cream 😅. The employee was very polite, kind, and helpful. The restaurant was clean inside and out.

The manager of this McDonald's runs it like a neighborhood shop (personalized and seasonal activities for children, Easter egg hunts, decorating workshops with kids, book exchanges, birthday parties, and other activities...). She's fantastic! It's nothing like your typical McDonald's. The play area is great in every season, and the grounds and patio are clean and well-maintained. We enjoy going there as a family. Plus, our son is allergic to eggs, and it's one of the only places where we can have lunch without worry.

A professional, attentive, and efficient team. The work was completed on time with excellent results. I am very happy with the service provided and would not hesitate to use their services again.

Good experience: This McDonald's has improved over time. I went to McDonald's quite late, and my order took a long time to arrive. However, the very understanding restaurant manager offered me a discount as an apology, which I accepted and greatly appreciated. In short, this McDonald's offers a good experience. I order there often; the employees are always friendly, and the food quality is consistently good. I recommend it!

It was a McDonalds. Was it the McMostest McDonalds I’ve ever McBeen to? Perhaps not. But it was fine. I dined. I didn’t expect fine dining. Next time I will order The Product.
