The service was quick despite our enormous appetites. The staff were efficient, very pleasant, and always smiling.

I don't really know why all the McDonald's restaurants in France always get negative reviews; I know what to expect every time and am rarely disappointed. Here, I barely had time to sit down before I was served. The atmosphere is nice. The staff is friendly and efficient. What more could you ask for?

We arrived with 49 students, having given only 30 minutes' notice. The welcome was excellent and the service efficient despite the number of orders.

Despite being 80 years old, I love McDonald's, but I have to say I go less often because I think the quality has dropped quite a bit in Decazeville. The second-to-last time I went, the caramel topping on my ice cream was practically nonexistent. And this last time, my two-slice raclette cheese burger, as advertised on TV, was only one slice. By trying to save money on ingredients, you're going to lose customers. McDonald's isn't cheap anymore; people go there because they like the food, and right now I don't really feel like going back.

The drive-thru service was quite fast at McDonald's; the server Clément was very friendly, helpful, and quick. He recognized my voice at the drive-thru, which was cool.

I go to this McDonald's when I'm on vacation in Decazeville in July.
The McDonald's is clean and the food is good. What I remember most is that it was quite noisy, and the background music didn't help much.
