A few weeks ago, I ordered at the Drive-Thru and used my points to get a free drink. There was a communication error; they were out of drinks. They tried to offer me other items, but I wanted that drink. The manager took my personal information to let me know when the restaurant reopened. He did, and he set a drink aside for me. I was able to pick it up as soon as I could. Having worked at McDonald's, I can say that it's rare to find managers this helpful.

There was a cockroach (an Oriental cockroach, I think) on my table today. I also have a video. I hope McDonald's will address this serious hygiene issue. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to me that the cockroach was brought in by a customer in a bag. It's a shame, because I usually come here for the Happy Meal, as my daughter collects the Happy Meal books, which are really great and educational.

Almost a 30-minute wait between paying and being served. My packages were handed to me without a greeting and barely a goodbye. They didn't ask for my loyalty card at checkout... Appalling service
