After a 17-minute wait, my overpriced burger was piping hot, as were my fries, although the burger was missing fried onions. The Fanta tasted like soap, and aside from the hordes of flies that attacked me (probably just the time of year), I was generally satisfied 👍 You can definitely tell that McDonald's quality has declined dramatically in recent years. And the prices have gone up...

I found this restaurant incredible! I felt a real American vibe eating fries and hamburgers 🍔! It's a nice change from back home!
As for the service, I found it incredibly futuristic to order on video tablets.
The atmosphere was lovely, with children full of joy, laughing, crying, or jumping into the colorful bubbles. There was also some background music: beep beep duludut beep duluduu.

When it's hot, there isn't even air conditioning... When I order a Fleury M&Ms mac without sauce and they put it in, well, they should read the orders properly...

Passée ce 16.03 au soir, presque 1h d'attente pour voir une fois chez moi qu aucun des Burger n'a été personnalisé comme demandé et que le eggmuffin était limite rassis, quel gâchis !
Employées qui se plaignent de ne pas être assez mais qui se permettent de bavarder et attendre que ça se passe !
Il a fallu que je demande moi même si ma commande était prête pour qu on me dise que oui
Autant dire que j'attends un geste commercial après tout ces désagrément

A few weeks ago, I ordered at the Drive-Thru and used my points to get a free drink. There was a communication error; they were out of drinks. They tried to offer me other items, but I wanted that drink. The manager took my personal information to let me know when the restaurant reopened. He did, and he set a drink aside for me. I was able to pick it up as soon as I could. Having worked at McDonald's, I can say that it's rare to find managers this helpful.
