The McDonald's in Aire-sur-la-Lys is a disaster: slow service, frequently incorrect orders, sloppy and cold sandwiches, soggy fries, and questionable hygiene. The staff seem jaded and unwelcoming, making the experience even more unpleasant. If you're looking for fast food, you're better off going elsewhere.

I came today, and the fries were barely cooked and as hard as a rock. My nuggets were undercooked too. The staff was completely unfriendly and showed no respect for their customers, even treating them condescendingly, including a little girl of about 5 years old. I STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST GOING THERE!!!!!

Drive-Thru Experience; The hostess was pleasant and efficient, answering our questions without rushing us or wasting the time of those behind us. The preparation was quick, clean, and everything was perfect (we gave our preferences: no ice or onions, etc.). We were delighted with the team that served us this evening! (Some other establishments should come and get some training!)

Le Café de la Poste

20/04/2026: Great atmosphere. You can tell as soon as you walk in that you're going to have a good time. You can chat without being bothered by a waiter. The customers are respectful too. No pushy types, just people sharing a drink and/or a bite to eat. Our evening with a friend ended there, because we had no idea you could actually eat there.

23/02/2026: We returned to this restaurant once again. Since it opened, every visit has been excellent; we've never been disappointed! The service is superb!
