McDonald's sur La Ciotat

The place is beautiful and clean, but the service is disastrous: a 30-minute wait for our food, half of it was missing, and the staff were very unpleasant.

Normal Mc.D but very friendly. Always busy and full.

So it gets worse and worse, the happy meal didn't have its vegetables, the fries are cold and the royal bacon had just a sample of bacon and was particularly flat... Avoid as much as possible.

You go to McDonald's to eat... or you don't! The McSmart menu remains very reasonable: between 5 and 6 euros depending on the size. There's the off-season McDonald's... and the summer one!!! In the middle of the summer, I'm much less impressed with the quality of the table service. You see servers wandering around, sometimes looking for your table for more than ten minutes. A waitress looks for you on the terrace even though you've ordered inside, walks around in circles, and finally abandons your tray on an empty table outside before leaving huffing and puffing... Other servers, less motivated, prefer to stay back. The tables are often sticky, and the restrooms are reminiscent of a highway rest area on August 15th: boots are mandatory! By 9 p.m., the trash cans inside are overflowing, and like everyone else, you pack and pile up your trash as best you can. Yet, the manager is generally visible and active on all fronts... but that's not enough. Finally, the queue at the self-service terminals (four of which aren't even connected) is wearing customers' patience to the bone. We'll be back, of course... but off-season!

Given the rather dismal reviews regarding the cleanliness of the place and the quality of the sandwiches, I must admit that after going through the drive-thru, I was very surprised to find a handsome, smiling young man who served us quickly. The food was hot, with the quality you'd expect from a McDonald's, and nothing was missing. A word of advice: go through the drive-thru, it's better!

Cold potatoes and bug mac, but quickly changed for hot products, forgot to give us the extra fanny pack at €2.50 but they gave it to us on request! Very nice terrace, very pleasant!

Pleasant staff but be careful in the kitchen as there is no sauce in the wraps.

He should review the decoration and lack of ownership, for example, in front of the interior windows, not clean, the tables that stick. The little smile, the employees, not too much

The food was okay, prepared quickly, and even got free extra sauces. The bathroom was quite dirty and left much to be desired.
