McDonald's sur Saint-Jouan-Des-Guerets

This isn't the first time I've ordered from the McDonald's in Saint-Jouan, and it won't be the last! Every order I've placed has been perfect from start to finish. I work late hours, and sometimes when I finish, I like to grab a quick meal to take home and relax: fast, hot, and with everything you need. And above all, the staff are friendly, pleasant, and always smiling, even during the late hours. Even in the middle of the day, everything was perfect. Honestly, I'm not disappointed for a single second by this McDonald's; it's really well-run. A huge thank you to the team, who are absolutely fantastic! 💛 (See you soon!)

Hello. I'm Unai, the reviewer of the black backpack with blue lettering (from Bilbao, Spain). I'm trying to reach you by phone again, but last time we had a language barrier. Also, I'm currently in Spain, and the company's number blocks calls from abroad. It contains personal items of great sentimental value to me, and I would really like to get them back by any means necessary. I was wondering if you had an email address or another way to contact me... I can't include my Gmail address in this review because it's against the rules for mentioning personal email addresses or phone numbers. What other options are there? Thank you.

Hello, I am writing to you regarding my visit to your establishment on September 22nd. I am from Bilbao, Spain, and I left my black backpack with blue lettering there. Since I am unable to go there to retrieve it, I am looking for a solution to have it returned to me. I have tried to contact you by phone several times without success. I was also given a WhatsApp number to which I sent messages, but they do not seem to be reaching you. This bag contains valuables as well as an item of great sentimental value to me, and I would very much like to get it back. I am, of course, willing to cover all the shipping costs. Google's rules do not allow me to publish my contact information (phone number or email) directly in this review, under penalty of being blocked. If you need more details about the contents of the bag to verify that it is indeed mine, or if you can help me arrange shipping, please contact me directly by replying to this review or via private message on your page. Thank you in advance for your help and attention.

Thank you to the manager for his responsiveness and kindness.
