The service isn't always fast but it's friendly; however, the number of times they forget things or the burgers aren't right is quite disappointing, and McDonald's customer service system is clearly inadequate.

The children love coming here, and so do we! It's a shame that sometimes the outdoor play areas are closed when the weather is warm and sunny!

Absolutely fantastic!!!
They've already changed the packaging, eliminating paper, cups, and cardboard boxes…
And what's more, the owner came to tell me he was out of small salads and offered my daughter and me a free sundae…
Very nice… I highly recommend it!

Recently, the wait time at the drive-thru has increased to 10 minutes to take an order when no one else is waiting.

The team is better than it used to be, but it's still not great... The place lacks heating, and it's rare that everything is missing from your order... whether you eat in or take away!

The team really went all out tonight. Due to two errors in our order, we waited about forty minutes. It's not the first time.
But tonight, we had the chance to observe the team, and they didn't waste a single second. They processed order after order at a breakneck pace. They apologized for the inconvenience and offered us some products as compensation.
Congratulations to you all, because it's a truly impressive job. Keep smiling; as long as you maintain a professional attitude, you're doing a fantastic job.
P.S.: However, there was still one pastry missing from our order 😅
