We regularly visit McDonald’s Portet-sur-Garonne and the experience is always very satisfying. The welcome is pleasant, the staff are friendly and professional, which really makes a difference. Orders are prepared carefully, there are very few mistakes, and the service is quick even when it's busy. The dining area is clean and well-maintained, which is especially appreciated with children. On one visit, there was a mistake with a milkshake being served at the table, but the manager reacted immediately and the staff apologized very politely. It's precisely in moments like these that you see the professionalism of a team. A reliable restaurant where you feel comfortable, I highly recommend it 👍

Hello, I would like to report a problem I encountered this evening at the drive-thru. I want to clarify that I am not questioning the overall service, which is generally satisfactory, hence my rating. However, this evening's experience was unacceptable. After payment, customers are asked to park and wait for their order. This procedure is understandable, but the way it is implemented gives the impression of being rushed, with inappropriate remarks made to customers who are simply waiting for their correct order. The most concerning issue is hygiene. An employee brought two bags without being able to identify the correct order. These were given to another customer, who opened and handled them to check their contents. One of these bags corresponded to my order. It is not normal for an order to be handled by another customer before being handed over. This type of practice does not respect the basic hygiene standards expected in the food industry. I would like to emphasize that the employee seemed well-intentioned, which suggests a training or organizational issue. Nevertheless, this needs to be addressed quickly. As it stands, this experience did not allow me to place the order with complete confidence. I hope this feedback will be taken seriously. Sincerely
