When I read the reviews, I don't understand... I go there once a month and every time it's perfect, lol. People complaining about the prices, yes, it's expensive, they've gone up in all the franchises. Or do like me: a sandwich without fries. Homemade fries aren't hard, are they? And they're cheaper. Anyway, this is a very good McDonald's in the Allier region, while the Moulins, Avermes, and Montluçon locations are best avoided! The Saint-Pourçain-sur-Sioule location is also very good. One more thing: yes, there's a bit of a wait, but it's not a big deal; the longer you wait, the better. And as I said before, I've been going there once a month for the past five years... and I've never had a single complaint about this franchised restaurant, whether it's the service, cleanliness, quality, etc. For me and my family, it's the best we know.

I love this McDonald's, where the employees are pleasant, but for several months now, every time I order, once I get home, there's a problem! Either something is missing, or they've made a mistake with my order! And I have to make another trip just to correct their errors. Despite complaining, they've only offered one gesture of goodwill for all the times there have been problems. So I'm going there less and less!

A very good meal, I thoroughly enjoyed it. The team was very relaxed, warm, and full of joie de vivre. I recommend it.

Excellent experience at this very welcoming and kid-friendly McDonald's (despite a few out-of-service self-service kiosks). The staff were very attentive and took great care of the children, even though the play area was closed due to ice. Thank you!

Order placed this Sunday, October 5, quite disappointed because of the wait of more than 30 minutes to once arrived at my home and realize that the dessert is missing from the children's menu (and it's not the first time).

Ordered a happy meal but no gift in it. No sauce either.
