My order was ready quickly despite the crowds at Beauval Zoo. The person who served me was very courteous. The McDonald's was clean despite the crowds, and the staff were all in good spirits, which was nice to see.

It's still McDonald's, but the large covered parking lot is nice when it's raining, there's a wheelchair ramp which was very helpful, and the interior is pleasant—not the usual depressing dark brown, but colorful, like in a... kindergarten.
Our visit was very pleasant 👍🏻

For me, the cleanest fast food place in Tours.
A professional team.
However, we came on Thursday, December 4th, and for the first time, we were disappointed.
A new "manager" spent her time yelling at the staff; it was really very disruptive for the other diners.
And this atmosphere led to numerous order errors, which is unusual for this place.
