It's still McDonald's, but the large covered parking lot is nice when it's raining, there's a wheelchair ramp which was very helpful, and the interior is pleasant—not the usual depressing dark brown, but colorful, like in a... kindergarten.
Our visit was very pleasant 👍🏻

The staff were very friendly, the service was very fast, and McDonald's was very clean. I highly recommend it. The staff were great, and everything was nice and hot.

For me, the cleanest fast food place in Tours.
A professional team.
However, we came on Thursday, December 4th, and for the first time, we were disappointed.
A new "manager" spent her time yelling at the staff; it was really very disruptive for the other diners.
And this atmosphere led to numerous order errors, which is unusual for this place.

Order placed online.
Upon arrival, there were no designated delivery spaces.
And yet, the delivery driver arrived, which was great.
But to my surprise, the order was incomplete; my children didn't receive their tomatoes as a side dish.
Very disappointed.
