McDonald's sur Lillers

I go to this McDonald's every week. Tonight, the manager wasn't very helpful. I returned my fish meal because it was cold and the cheese hadn't melted. I got it back with only half a slice of cheddar. I pointed this out, and the manager had the nerve to tell me that's how it is now, even though we pay extra for a slice. I went on Sunday and got what I needed, and six days later, nothing was right. I told her to get lost and left her the fish. I've never had a problem with a manager before, but this one was unbelievable—unfriendly, not smiling at all. I feel sorry for the staff who work under her. On top of that, the trash cans were full and hadn't been emptied, and there were fries and papers on the floor. I took the liberty of helping myself. I regret not checking on the place that day because the other times the McDonald's was fine; I didn't have any problems. It's unfortunate that this person doesn't deserve to be in charge. I'm going to contact head office.

Once again, not disappointed!! For me, the best McDonald's in the area!! Friendly, clean, and fast! They don't make mistakes with the order (even though we're picky 😅). I highly recommend it+++, and I advise against the one in Aire-sur-la-Lys (not great cleanliness and the food is cold), the one in Bruay (you feel like you're bothering them... go on a Saturday at 9:30 pm and they're cleaning and I bought ice cream, but it wasn't free because it was too late for them, I have photos to prove it...), the one in Auchel (the food is cold and the staff isn't welcoming... they put my change on the floor after a 45-minute wait just for a meal...). So I prefer to go further afield and get my money's worth 😊 so I'm giving it 5 stars 🌟 and thank you to the staff in Lillers, they're great 👍👍
