I rarely leave reviews, but this time it's worth it. Usually, the service is a bit inconsistent, but today I was very pleasantly surprised. Mélina, who served us, was smiling, welcoming, and truly professional. She took the time to do things properly, which made the experience much more enjoyable. It's thanks to employees like her that we want to come back. Thank you again to Mélina for her excellent service and hospitality!

When I order a regular meal for delivery, I expect to receive a full-size fry, not one that's barely half full. Furthermore, I pay 50 cents for a sauce that wasn't even included in my order. At McDonald's prices, it would be nice to show some basic respect for customers.

I'm deducting points for the music, which is always way too loud, and the children who behave like wild animals. I understand it's a McDonald's and not a Michelin-starred restaurant, but it would be nice to remind people of the basic rules of etiquette. Last time, we were being jostled by children running between the tables while we were eating. We can have fun in the play area and still respect others. :)
