Arriving one evening for dinner, I was served by a young employee named Pauline who, despite a technical issue with the payment system, didn't back down and handled the situation smoothly. Thank you again!

Clean, pleasant, and well-maintained. No complaints. Except for the signs—it's understandable, but the tables for two are unpleasant and uncomfortable. Rethink your interior design and you won't even need to dictate a bunch of rules.

Le Ver a Soie

12/10/2026: Arrived in Lavaur at 1:00 PM. Pleased to find a restaurant willing to serve us. Clean restaurant and efficient service. My wife thoroughly enjoyed her vegan dish. As for me, I opted for the classic ribeye steak and fries. Served on a hot stone, accompanied by a small fresh salad and crispy fries. Cooked exactly as I had requested. A real treat: it had been years since I had tasted such tender and flavorful meat. A bar/restaurant discovered by chance, but one I will definitely return to.
06/09/2026: We had a wonderful meal. No waiting, we were served quickly, and the quality of the food was excellent. Pleasant service and a great place that we happily recommend!
