There was only one working toilet cubicle in a 2-floor establishment full of people. A bit shocking in the centre of Paris

Maximum points for the food, because the macarons for dessert are unique. They need to improve hygiene and give us what we ordered, because no matter how many times we ordered in three days they kept forgetting to give us something (ketchup, hamburger-promotional, coffee).

The food was very good, but it was cold. I don't like cold potatoes, but apart from that, the burger and everything else was quite good. Since I'm from Spain, it felt very strange to have things wrapped in plastic, but oh well.

They don't have milkshakes and most vegan food isn't available.

We arrived late in Paris and it was a good option to have dinner 1km from the hotel.

I'm aware of the pressure that each and every one of the workers is under, but there's no empathy, no friendliness, just food that's okay, it gets you out of a pinch, but it's not a place to keep going back to.

It's just another fast-food place. But it lacks organization. For example, with takeout orders, the staff call out numbers in French, of course, and the foreigners just stand there watching everyone else pick up their orders. They should enable the screens, since not everyone speaks French.
