Everything had started so well thanks to Melina: welcoming, smiling, friendly, and full of goodwill. A true ray of sunshine 🌟. However… a major disappointment on the management side. For a simple request (paying extra for cheddar on wavy fries: a request accepted elsewhere), the manager didn't even bother to speak with me directly. And for a colleague to presume to make a decision without having the authority is quite surprising. Their sense of business and customer service needs serious improvement. Luckily, Melina more than makes up for it. The 5 stars are for her ⭐️, because without her… the rating would have been very different.

Dear Sir/Madam, I wish to bring to your attention an unacceptable experience I had today, around 1:15 pm, at your establishment. I placed an order to eat in and was calmly waiting for my number to be called. When it was called for the first time, I was simply checking my receipt to make sure it was mine. Without any valid reason, the employee in charge of the drive-thru, wearing a headset, verbally assaulted me, shouting at me in front of all the other customers, behaving in a completely inappropriate manner. This employee then threw my order onto the counter without any consideration and returned to her station. I was forced to go and retrieve my order myself, which was absolutely not my responsibility. The situation worsened when this employee left my order abandoned on the counter inside, without handing it to me, without explanation or apology. I then waited approximately 12 additional minutes, under the gaze of other customers, in a particularly humiliating situation. It was only after this long wait that a colleague, clearly embarrassed by the scene, intervened and finally handed me my order on a tray. You will find attached photos clearly illustrating the facts: the abandoned order and the condition of the food. This negligence directly impacted the quality of the meal, with the fries being served completely cold, making the dining experience unacceptable. I consider this behavior scandalous, disrespectful, and unworthy of the standards of a brand like McDonald's. As a customer, I should not have to endure verbal abuse, public humiliation, or such negligent service. These events damage the image of your establishment and raise serious questions about the professionalism of the team present that day. I am extremely dissatisfied with this experience and expect a serious response from you, as well as the implementation of concrete measures to prevent this type of situation from recurring. Thank you in advance for your attention to this matter.

Clean, friendly staff, but what would a real McDonald's be without the inevitable forgotten items in your order: sauces, paper fries, or even sandwiches? McDonald's, we still love you 😜
