It's still a fast-food place, the downside of my lunch order today was that in the happy meal menu where I had asked for a small pistachio shake, I got a plain one, which was a shame, it was a bit of a disappointment when I first tried it.

After a 20-minute wait at a table generously covered with a few crumbs, I got up and noticed that my tray was waiting at the counter, placed at the back of the line. A line of trays waiting to be served. There was only one server assigned to the 12:30 service, which is more than enough, since you'll agree that 12:30 isn't exactly rush hour in the restaurant industry... The only server was young and seemed inexperienced, but I couldn't hold it against her; you'll agree that everyone has to learn and start somewhere.
However, there must have been a manager in the back who should have noticed this extra wait time.
After I got up to get my tray, other customers who saw me do the same thing got up, having realized what I was doing. A real boon for the chain, because for a moment, we customers tripled their service efficiency.
I had to get up a second time because, true to McDonald's practice, no server ever thinks to put napkins on your tray. I don't blame them; it's not like the burgers are greasy...
Since things come in threes, I got up again to get my latte. I gave my receipt to an employee who assured me I'd ordered a medium coffee. I replied that I thought I'd paid for a large, but she couldn't hear me, so she went to make my medium coffee. I waited until it was ready before telling her she'd made a mistake about the size. So she restarted the process to make a large latte, and I kept waiting. I had plenty of time to wait anyway; it wasn't like I wasn't working... She came back, handed me my coffee, apologized, and added that I had to stir it myself, explaining that the machine was malfunctioning and the mixing wasn't working automatically. It was at that precise moment, with a smile on my face, that I decided to take the time to write a review whose sole purpose would be to praise the establishment and the sublime nature of its service.
Conclusion:
They're good at letting us clear our trays, asking us to sort our waste, but not good at cleaning the tables during service. They repeatedly forget napkins and offer exorbitant prices. Now, the service itself is failing, if that's even a new problem.
My overall rating: 5/5 impeccable!

Fantastic welcome! The place is pleasant, perfect for enjoying McDonald's products. I especially want to thank Ema for her excellent service; she made our McDonald's experience so enjoyable. I highly recommend this place to my fellow residents of Reolais and the surrounding area.
