The sandwiches were okay, however, they were missing the sauce, napkins, a spoon for the McFlurry, or two or three M&Ms hidden at the bottom. It's a shame you have to check your order.

Hello, the meal arrived practically cold. We ate outside so my daughter could enjoy the play area. The problem is the cleanliness; the toys are really dirty. There was Coke, cups... on the slide. I had to go twice to ask them to clean it so all the children could play.
After a while, they came and removed the cups, leaving all the Coke on the slide. I had to go back and ask them to wash it, and then they arrived with a cloth and no cleaning products, and tried to clean it with their feet, leaving half the trash on it. I can't even imagine what the inside of the play structure was like.

I'm disappointed by the harsh Google reviews. The McDonald's was quite clean apart from a couple of things on the floor (but if people were cleaner, there wouldn't be this problem). The restrooms were spotless, the trash cans were empty, and we were served in 20 minutes, which is reasonable. It was hot, so overall, for a McDonald's, it's pretty good.

I had a bad experience two weeks ago but I know this is not typical so I waited before reviewing. Today was excellent, a friendly lady with a delightful smile brought my order which was fresh, hot and perfectly prepared. Thanks
