25/01/2026: We celebrated our wedding at Domaine Les Hauts de Pardaillan on January 10, 2026, right in the middle of winter, and the experience was absolutely exceptional.
From the planning stages right up to the big day, we were touched by the professionalism, kindness, and helpfulness of the entire team, who were always ready to adapt to our requests and support us with genuine care.
The turnkey service was a huge plus: table preparation, setting up the decorations we had brought… everything was done with care and efficiency, allowing us to fully enjoy our day, stress-free.
The food was of remarkable quality, entirely halal, and unanimously praised by our guests. A special mention goes to the spit-roasted lamb cooked in front of everyone in the restaurant's fireplace—a truly spectacular and delicious moment. Dinner was a hit with everyone, and the brunch the following day was truly excellent. The cocktail hour entertainment, especially the raclette, was also a big hit.
The venue is magnificent, and despite the winter chill, it was absolutely stunning, even more so when illuminated by the outdoor fires, creating a warm and magical atmosphere.
The rooms are of very high quality, comfortable, and elegant.
A huge thank you to Annie, the maître d'hôtel, for her exceptional attention, and especially for making sure the bride ate during the cocktail hour—a detail that speaks volumes about the level of service.
We also extend our congratulations to Hélène, the estate manager, for her remarkable management, impeccable organization, and support throughout our wedding.
We also trusted the vendors recommended by the estate (DJ, photographer, babysitters): all were excellent, and above all, we didn't have to worry about a thing, which is an invaluable luxury on your wedding day.
We wholeheartedly recommend this venue for a successful, personalized, elegant, and perfectly orchestrated event.
