Dynamic, helpful, and attentive team. We always receive a warm welcome. The shaded terrace is a real plus. The establishment is well-maintained. One minor drawback: the sandwiches are often lukewarm, but apart from that, we'll gladly return. Thank you all.

I tested each burger and the order of the layers is well respected, I noticed a slight problem with the centering of the steak in a "Big Arch" type burger but after a debriefing with each person involved in the production and table service chain, it turns out that the person who brought the tray could have shaken it slightly during a slightly fast turn which could have misaligned the meat and the bun.

09/05/2026: If you're passing through Gignac and have a craving (whether a little or a lot) for burgers, this is definitely the place to go. The burgers are truly delicious, made with Aubrac beef and excellent homemade sauces. The owners are also incredibly welcoming and will be happy to advise you on what to see in the area.
06/05/2026: First time here tonight and we had a wonderful time! Huge and absolutely delicious burger and pizza.
