I'm allergic to several ingredients in the sauce served with the hamburger. This isn't the first time I've tried contacting the company to change my order, and no one is responding.
It's irresponsible of you not to meet customer demands, and to make matters worse, Deliveroo, which should be helping in these situations, isn't doing anything either.

Everything was perfect: the speed of order processing, the freshness of the products, and the friendliness of the staff. However, a major drawback was the men's restroom, which was in a deplorable state. And I'm not blaming the employees, but rather the customers: where is your respect? Is the toilet bowl too small to "aim" properly? Is that how you treat your own home? Seriously, some people have absolutely no manners.
