The restaurant was very clean and the staff were pleasant.

This McDonald's is great, they're fast, friendly, and reliable. I highly recommend eating at this fast food restaurant 😊

I always go to this McDonald's, never disappointed and very clean, well done to all the staff.

I never thought I'd write a McDonald's review, but this one deserves my attention. We went on a Monday at 2 PM. The parking lot was quite large, and the drive-thru lanes were wider than usual (especially in Vitrolles). Once inside the restaurant, a blonde woman who was busy arranging the pastries from the McCafé greeted us with an incredible smile and enthusiasm. (Which McDonald's has ever welcomed you with a smile? Personally, it was a first.) I said "restaurant" because, yes, I felt like I was half in a restaurant. The paper and cardboard packaging had been replaced with plastic dishes that could be washed at high temperatures and therefore reused. It's nice to see that the chain is taking action against the enormous pollution it generates! The tray was served in 5 minutes, which barely gave me time to go to the very clean restrooms. Everything was hot and delicious, no plastic in my salad, unlike what I've seen before. They'd forgotten the caramel in my McFlurry, but as soon as I pointed it out, they added it with a smile and apologies. Behind me, three employees were discussing a recent incident, trying to understand and anticipate similar problems, like a team dedicated to their work. Meanwhile, another employee was dusting in places I hadn't even noticed, and yet another was carefully ensuring the tables were spotless. And what a view from the restaurant! We were supposed to stay for 20 minutes, but we ended up spending an hour there, ordering another coffee. Definitely the best franchise I've seen so far, I hope it stays that way :)
