Most of the staff are very kind and smiling, but there is one very unfriendly colleague. We asked her for a drink using our points, and she started sighing to make it perfectly clear that our request annoyed her. Just because this woman is a manager doesn't mean she has to be unfriendly; she should be setting a good example.
