3 stars due to numerous errors made during my mobile orders. You only notice the mistake once you get home... You call, you get a credit note, which is very good and customer-friendly, but still a hassle...

The service was very fast. Good fast food!

A disgrace for a restaurant! Our visit to the McDonald's in Grandvilliers was simply unacceptable. After a 25-minute wait, we still hadn't been served. And not a single apology or explanation from the manager. A little respect for customers would have been appreciated. When the order finally arrived, it was a disaster: forgotten coffee, completely melted ice cream, missing sauces… In short, an order that didn't even arrive complete after an interminable wait. And what about the cleanliness? Greasy and slippery floors, dirty tables… We seriously wonder if cleaning is still a priority for this establishment. And as if that weren't enough, the icing on the cake: two people vaping in the restroom, without anyone seeming to mind. Between the wait, the lack of professionalism, the missing items in the order, and the deplorable state of cleanliness, everything needs to be reviewed. Such a poor experience is simply unacceptable. Management would do well to seriously reconsider its approach and take action, because at this point, it's no longer a one-off problem: it's a genuine lack of consideration for customers. Arriving this evening at 8:50 pm, the cashier was very pleasant, which is rare! Thank you to him for his cheerful disposition!
