McDonald's sur Agen

Excellent welcome and thank you to the manager

Small tasting of McDonald's products. Clean setting.

Thanks to Madison for the order

The wait was incredibly long; it seemed like there was only one employee in this McDonald's! Really slow. One of the self-service kiosks wasn't working, and the wait was at least 30 minutes.

The staff were pleasant and smiling, which is becoming rare. A small order error was corrected immediately and with a gesture of goodwill. Thank you again and best of luck to the teams.

I had a problem with some of the products I ordered that were missing upon delivery. I called, and the manager (Sandrine) immediately took care of my request, and I was able to receive the missing items without any problems. Thank you for your trust.

I would have liked to contact you another way, but there was no way. Last week and yesterday, we ordered a meal before going to the movies. The day after the first meal, I felt nauseous, and today I'm really sick. It's just a coincidence that it happened twice, and the other family members are fine, but given the staff's lack of motivation, I wanted to mention this coincidence so they remember to wash their hands. Besides my own condition, I'm a regular McDonald's customer, and I've found the quality of service to have declined significantly in recent days.

Managers Sandrine and Alicia greeted us with a smile at the drive-thru. The service was very pleasant and quick. Thank you!

Friendly staff. We had a problem with the self-service kiosk and the manager was able to help us. My children received coloring books and crayons, which they were delighted with. Its proximity to the train station is fantastic. The bright and airy space makes it comfortable to eat there.

No complaints about the order itself. However, the preparation time was very long.
