I would have liked to contact you another way, but there was no way. Last week and yesterday, we ordered a meal before going to the movies. The day after the first meal, I felt nauseous, and today I'm really sick. It's just a coincidence that it happened twice, and the other family members are fine, but given the staff's lack of motivation, I wanted to mention this coincidence so they remember to wash their hands. Besides my own condition, I'm a regular McDonald's customer, and I've found the quality of service to have declined significantly in recent days.

I had a problem with some of the products I ordered that were missing upon delivery. I called, and the manager (Sandrine) immediately took care of my request, and I was able to receive the missing items without any problems. Thank you for your trust.

Friendly staff. We had a problem with the self-service kiosk and the manager was able to help us. My children received coloring books and crayons, which they were delighted with. Its proximity to the train station is fantastic. The bright and airy space makes it comfortable to eat there.

No complaints about the order itself. However, the preparation time was very long.
