The male staff is very friendly and very professional. Only downside: it's quite cold in the restaurant so eating there isn't very pleasant.

Unfortunately still having order problems...

Take-out order not always complete, although we sure haven’t forgotten anything about the bill…

Average, the potatoes were cold and they didn't fill the box

A huge thank you to the entire Halluin McDonald’s team! After forgetting my identity papers on site, the staff showed great responsiveness in finding them and taking the necessary measures to send them to me. I would particularly like to thank the manager, who showed incredible kindness by bringing them directly to my home, having no other alternative to contact me than my personal address. This gesture saved me a lot of hassle, and I am very grateful. Bravo for this exemplary professionalism and humanity!

Fast and efficient! Spent during my break, fast service, friendly staff and impeccable order. Nothing to complain about!

Before it was 5 stars for me, not anymore

I recently went to this McDonald's and I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted with a smile by the staff, always very courteous and professional. The atmosphere of the restaurant was friendly and clean, which is always a plus when eating there. The tables were well maintained and the space bright. When it comes to food, McDonald's remains true to its reputation: quality products, served quickly. I opted for a Big Mac, and as always, it was perfectly balanced in terms of flavors. Soft bread, tender meat and signature sauces are an irresistible combination. The fries, crispy and golden to perfection, accompanied my meal perfectly. I also appreciated the speed of the service, despite the crowds at lunchtime. My menu was prepared in record time, without sacrificing quality. What I particularly appreciate about McDonald's is the consistency in the quality of the products and the effort to offer varied options, whether with burgers or even lighter alternatives like salads. In summary, my time at McDonald's was a very positive experience. Whether for a quick meal or a gourmet craving, it's a place where you know you will always be satisfied!

The McDonald's in Halluin is good but know that you will necessarily have to return to the counter to ask for something missing from your order, a fork, the happy meal toy, sauces... but the most annoying thing is when you order a hamburger double meat that comes with just one. You have to ask and they offer to add a steak like that even though my tray has been on the table for 15 minutes. At the drive-thru I no longer take the risk of ordering a double Burger because when I get home there is nothing left to do.

For a fast food restaurant it's ok but the toilets are very often dirty or with soap, hand dryers broken
