I paid for two set menus only to not receive the drinks and ice cream. When I asked for them at the counter, they must have had trouble reading the receipt because instead of "ice tea and Sprite," they read (right in front of us on our receipt) "Coke and Fanta" (reading the receipt took 10 minutes). So we got the wrong drinks, and they gave me melted ice cream that I didn't eat. I understand that the service is fast-paced and complicated, but if I buy a set menu, it's to get what I ordered, not something else, including uneaten ice cream.

Perfect, nothing to complain about. Never any mistakes with our orders, we're served very quickly every time, and the staff are responsive and very pleasant. The 3.5 rating is really too low compared to the reality!
We come here very often and are never disappointed!

It's become a habit to have to check that nothing is missing from the order at this McDonald's, but here, they forgot a meat in a Big Tasty 2 meats, we can't open all the sandwiches.

A drop in order accuracy for click & collect orders on two consecutive orders (whereas until now it had been almost flawless): The World Cup glasses, although offered for sale, were not included (a loss of €4.20), and a Capri Sun was missing from a children's meal (an order for 6 meant 6 drinks, not 5?!!) = an extra €0.95 in the order amount not being honored. That's €5.15 given to McDonald's...

The staff were very friendly, and the welcome was perfect. However, I'm a little tired of the potatoes always being hard and raw, as if they weren't cooked. It's a real shame.

This is the best McDonald's I've ever been to. The service was warm and friendly. The food was high quality and clean. The staff were competent and kind. Everything was perfect, as always. Keep up the good work!
