The service and food are okay for a McDonald's. But asking people to scan a QR code to leave a review while they're eating, and practically waiting for them to do it right in front of them, is unacceptable. Put up a sign and let them choose, but don't come and talk to them.

It's great to see that when there's a problem, the team is attentive and does everything necessary to satisfy its customers.
