It's a shame to have to wait 40 minutes to be served, especially since there were few people and customers who ordered after us were served much sooner. The staff is unwelcoming and not at all friendly. I had to ask for my entire order because they were missing coffee and ice cream, even though I wanted everything at once. I've been to other McDonald's where the staff were welcoming and friendly. McDoc Mâcon Sud. It's a shame the service is so slow and the staff are unfriendly.

I ordered through the drive-thru, my McMuffin was hard, I threw it away, and the egg had a greenish color... UNACCEPTABLE... I won't be back

For fast food, waiting 30 minutes at the drive-thru is really excessive, and on top of that, the staff weren't very friendly.
