For fast food, waiting 30 minutes at the drive-thru is really excessive, and on top of that, the staff weren't very friendly.

Excellent service at the McDonald's in Mâcon! The staff are pleasant, smiling, and efficient. My order was prepared quickly and everything was piping hot. I'll gladly come back 😊

Passing by on the highway, I'm leaving a review to commend the skill and efficiency of the restaurant manager today around 2 pm (I didn't see her name) – truly incredible! If all managers in companies embodied this title so well, businesses would be so much better off. Well done, Madam, you blew us away.

Over half an hour's wait for undercooked fries despite the restaurant being empty.
The employees didn't seem to care about the wait time and kept going outside (one even brought his scooter back inside).
Furthermore, the restrooms weren't very clean and the bins were overflowing. We won't be back!

The good point: large parking lot with a green area for dogs.
The bad point: my double cheeseburger was a cheeseburger; part of the cheese was poorly placed and stuck to the packaging.
The worst part: they mixed up the donut when I requested an exchange; the one I returned went back with the others... Also, the old one didn't have a sealed label with the expiration date, but the new one did. Maybe that's for the best, at least for me!
