After waiting 55 minutes at the click and collect counter, I decided to call the restaurant to ask about my order. I received a very cold welcome and felt a lack of politeness. At the same time, my order was served by a very pleasant person, so naturally, the person I was speaking to hung up on me. I decided to go to the counter to tell the person I was speaking to that it was unnecessary to hang up on me, even though it was busy, and that after waiting almost an hour, a little courtesy would have been appreciated! The very unpleasant person on the phone told me that I should just be happy now that I had my order. Of course, the order was cold, and the three drinks had been spilled on the hamburgers. I concluded that they had just lost three very loyal customers! A word to the wise. Thanks to a very kind manager, I was contacted again, and my order was completely free. Thank you for your customer service.

It's becoming a recurring problem at this restaurant!!! Happy Meal Asterix... another game of Happy Families with monsters... completely unrelated
