Best McDonald's in Toulouse after many disappointments. I prefer to wait 10 minutes longer and have my order complete and be served in less than 5 minutes. Thank you to the manager for replacing my Coke that I dropped.

Fast and efficient service despite the rush and crowds at this McDonald's. I've never had any problems with my orders and I've always been warmly welcomed and served. The staff is friendly. People often leave reviews when things aren't going well, but everyone's efforts and professionalism also deserve to be highlighted 🫶

I went to order at the McDonald's in Cugnaux. I was disappointed because my food was cold after a 30-minute wait... I don't know what happened, but my order had been put aside for a while. Also, the sauces and the toy were missing. Despite all that, the order itself was still good.
