A huge thank you to Souad from the McDonald's St. Cyr team! She's an exceptional person! Kind, attentive, warm, and welcoming. Her smile and helpfulness made my lunchtime incredibly pleasant, and it truly made a big difference. She was always available and attentive. I gave the food three stars because you can't give more for a manager like McDonald's. But it's not a bad thing, because twice I've gone in the early afternoon, and both times I've been very well received at the drive-thru. Even though I'm not a big McDonald's fan and don't know the menu by heart, the lady took the time to listen to me and understand what I wanted, lol. Plus, there's the generous portion size, and it's hot too! This afternoon I just popped in for a small McFlurry, and the same person served me at the drive-thru. The person who made my ice cream handed it to me with a smile, which was nice. Many McDonald's restaurants should take a page from your book. Thank you. Signed, a basic complainer.

Best McDonald's (in the surrounding towns). The staff are friendly and charmingly young. Meals are served at the perfect temperature when eaten there. I only go there. Thank you. Loïc Pujeat.
