McDonald's sur Courseulles-Sur-Mer

It's not your restaurant I'm targeting, because I'm usually satisfied, but lately, the chain is really overcharging. At those prices, I think I'll go elsewhere. For the equivalent of what's on your menu, Burger King in Dover offers either more food or a lower price. The chain isn't Michelin-starred or gourmet, or perhaps the customers don't know that... It's also good to have normal prices to keep customers coming back... right?

Clean McDonald's, respects the order, and offers fast service.

A McDonald's that's pretty much like any other. But it's clean, and that counts! The only downside is trying to avoid being noticed by the staff when you go to pay for your order at the counter.

The place is clean and the service is quick, however they charge us extra for the luxury sauce, which isn't nice.

Ordered and waited 30 minutes for cold French fries and a chicken salad without any chicken! Staff including person cooking the food corrected the missing chicken without any apologies. We then ordered a McFlurry and waited 20 minutes before asking for it and the girl prepared the McFlurry. No apology! This branch has too little staff to deal with the drive through, click and collect and the eating areas inside and outside. Very poor experience.

The comeback! It had been a long time since the McDonald's in Courseulles had been up to scratch... excessive delays, multiple oversights, mini MacFlurries, cold fries and burgers, a broken ordering screen, a panicked staff, unhappy customers... in short, nothing was right. And since the beginning of May 2026, I've been twice: nothing to complain about. Fast service on a Saturday at 8 pm, hot fries and burgers, a generously filled MacFlurry. I don't know what changed, but it's a completely different story. This is McDonald's.

Passing by on a Saturday evening at 9:45pm, the service was very quick and the staff friendly.

Only customer there. Coffee nit very hot but that may be the way it is here in France

Good food and quick service. No complaints here.
