McDonald's sur Courseulles-Sur-Mer

Order pickup at 7 PM. I noticed the orders were mixed up, which worried me about my app order. In the end, my six sandwiches were ruined, there was an extra piece of meat that shouldn't have been in the Big Mac, and the Happy Meal boxes were ripped. No greeting, no thank you. The staff were completely unmotivated; I felt like I was bothering them. I won't be going back.

Having been to various McDonald's restaurants in France, I went there for the first time with some trepidation given the reviews, but honestly, everything was perfect this lunchtime, quick and very good 🤗

Absolutely fantastic! The team seems organized and attentive to everyone. The service was incredibly fast, and above all, thank you for the exceptional Big Mac presentation. I went there around 12:20 pm on September 2nd, 2026, so kudos to the chefs! Congratulations!

I never thought I'd leave a positive review for McDonald's. But it's the first time the burgers have looked like the picture. It's a welcome change from McDonald's where the burgers are all soggy.

A complete lack of friendliness, service, smiles, and courtesy. At the same time, you don't expect much from a McDonald's.

Very good McDonald's, the food arrived quickly and, most importantly, was hot. The staff were very friendly. I recommend it.

No sauces. Ice cubes in the drinks even though we asked for none! And the friendliness needs improvement.

Fresh and delicious milkshake, with a bit of shade on the terrace and a gentle breeze. Superb. You have to try it at 3:00 PM.

It's not your restaurant I'm targeting, because I'm usually satisfied, but lately, the chain is really overcharging. At those prices, I think I'll go elsewhere. For the equivalent of what's on your menu, Burger King in Dover offers either more food or a lower price. The chain isn't Michelin-starred or gourmet, or perhaps the customers don't know that... It's also good to have normal prices to keep customers coming back... right?
