We went to the drive-thru at 11am, McDonald's was empty, but they still took 20 minutes for a box of 20 nuggets and 2 small wraps, ridiculous!

Drive-thru visit today: a very unpleasant experience. When I ordered at the kiosk, the person was particularly rude, openly sighing while I placed my order. This behavior is inappropriate and makes me feel like I'm bothering you. Drive-thru is supposed to be a quick and convenient service, but this kind of attitude completely ruins the experience. A little more professionalism would be appreciated.

Seriously, McDonald's is getting worse and worse. We ordered a 280 without raw vegetables and they couldn't even make it without them, and it's not the first time. Plus, it arrived cold even though there was hardly anyone there. I don't understand, seriously, hire competent people!
