Special mention to the very friendly and attentive staff

Always a place to meet up, no matter which McDonald's. Always a warm welcome, even if sometimes things get forgotten. Highly recommended!

Avoid the expensive and not very good Bacci chocolate hazelnut ice cream.

McDonald's is very clean and well-maintained. The staff are very helpful and attentive to detail.

Friendly and efficient team. My son dropped his ice cream, and it was immediately replaced free of charge and cleaned up right away. Really very friendly and customer-oriented!

Passing through Langon on Sunday evening, my partner and I decided to eat outside. I ordered at the kiosk. I wanted to pay at the counter, but there were two people ahead of me. We waited 10 minutes before being served, even though everyone was watching us, but no one moved, and we didn't even get a "good evening" when it came time to pay. The employees were clearly unmotivated; it showed in their actions. Then a manager started yelling, "Get a move on, you're starting to get on my nerves!" I don't think that's appropriate in front of the other customers. I went to sit on the terrace and waited. I saw an employee inside carrying the tray. She walked all the way around the room, looking outside to see if she could spot my order. Unfortunately, she didn't see me, but I saw her, and instead of going out onto the terrace, she went back with the tray and put it in the kitchen. She took another tray, and seeing her through the windows, I decided to get up and go ask for my tray back. She gave it to me without even an apology. I find this appalling and a complete lack of respect for the customer. So please, hire more motivated, pleasant, and helpful people; it will improve your image!

A McDonald's, what else! But which one, actually? I go to both Bazas and Langon. It's all about timing... I almost exclusively use the drive-thru now since they installed their self-order machines. Too impersonal for me. I need a minimum of interaction... Sometimes there are mishaps, like forgetting a fry or getting the wrong information, maybe because of the outdoor kiosks or my ears (!?) (both in Langon and Bazas). I guess to err is human, but when you find out once you get home, it's a disaster! 🤔

Often disappointed by the brand, here I found a warm welcome from the staff, pleasant and courteous service, clean tables with regular cleaning, no errors in the order and an extra ketchup not charged 😄.

Charli from McDonald's took my order; he deserves a raise, he's a good one.
