McDonald's sur Metz

The service is very slow, and the hygiene of the toilets needs improvement as they are quite disgusting. For the women's toilets, a code is absolutely required.

Visited the McDonald's in Metz; order ready quickly, but the cashier wasn't friendly and seemed rather jaded. The upstairs dining area had air conditioning but was old and poorly maintained. The internet connection was also poor. As for the meal itself, it was complete and hot.

Fast service, always open, easy to access, and open even on public holidays.

€1.50 for an espresso, €3.20 for a double espresso!? The choice was easy: I ordered two espressos "to eat in" and got two cardboard cups for the two drinks, each with its own cardboard lid, lol. (Where's the disposable tableware? Haha) ________ Sometimes, even during the rush, we get lukewarm, mealy fries... And when we point it out, they exchange them, THANK YOU :) But they tell us it's not in the New Year's spirit (to complain?)... It's funny, but we're paying for a service.

Due to an error with my Uber Eats order, I went to the restaurant and the manager was able to resolve my issue perfectly. She was a very pleasant person, and I thank her (Pascal). I am therefore changing my review from one star to five stars. Thank you again.

Pleasant, but on the other hand, the large pile of dog poop in the men's toilets needs to be removed; it's been there since the creation of the Jewish state.
