After witnessing a display of disrespect towards a customer (on April 12, 2026, around 5-6 pm), while the customer herself remained perfectly respectful, I was surprised by the staff's lack of consideration. Even though the customer's requests were addressed, the overall attitude lacked professionalism and was rather nonchalant. When the customer asked to see a manager, everyone replied that he/she wasn't present, which I found surprising. An effort could have been made to contact him/her. It is important to improve the service by showing more respect and consideration towards customers.

They have three customers and are overwhelmed. Orders need to be checked every time because 9 times out of 10 they forget part of the order. And don't expect an apology if you go back to get what you're missing, not even a "gift" for the oversight.

27/03/2026: It had been a long time since I'd had a kebab like this. The welcome was excellent, the bread was good, the meat delicious, not greasy at all, and served with real fries! Absolutely delicious! 👍🏾
17/02/2026: Best kebab I've ever had. Excellent service from a super friendly chef. Very clean and homemade fries. I recommend it 100% and thank you again.

18/02/2026: Among unpretentious Japanese restaurants with a French twist, Sakura certainly doesn't disappoint. The food is good, the service is efficient and quick; the only slight drawback is the somewhat cold atmosphere, due to the space which, in my opinion, is a little empty and rather drab in terms of color. The value for money is excellent, especially at lunchtime. 5 out of 5 overall and for value. Enjoy your meal, all you fans of these perfectly Frenchified Japanese dishes.
21/12/2025: Excellent restaurant, inexpensive all-you-can-eat restaurant serving yakitori, sushi, maki, appetizers (dioza etc.) Japanese food (beef with onions etc.)...
